Hello,
i have been doing well this week as i have put on weight and am now nearlly twelve kilos which is great for me as i was ten kilos for nearlly a year. Yesterday i went to see one of my consultants and he thinks that because my heart has been doing so well that i can reduce my heart medicine and may be able to stop it which would be brilliant as at the minute i take fifteen doses of medicine a day and if i didnt need them anymore i would be able to reduce this to nine doses.
Good news though a brilliant band called alcojones have confirmed for my dinner dance they have a web site which is http://www.alcojones.co.uk/. You can listen to their music on this website.

The dress code for the dinner dance has relaxed as it was originally advertised as black tie but this has been relaxed but smart wear would be appreciated.

- My name is Isabella grace i am Six years old and i have a rare chromosone disorder, it doesnt have a name so not much is known about it.I have two holes in my heart , epilepsy which i struggle with especially in the winter. I am also registered blind and am unable to feed so i am fed by a machine. Despite all this i am a very happy little girl and have started smiling and giggling although people are still trying to figure out what makes me laugh. I am very delayed but i can hold my head now and roll onto my side in the last couple of weeks i have started sitting for over an hour on my own which is amazing although mummy still finds it hard as i normally have to be carried every were and i am getting very heavy but i like being carried as its extra cuddles.xx My family are amazing are are all working hard at the minute to raise £30,000 so that i can go to America for intensive and specialist physiotherapy and speech and language therapy. The hope is that one day i will take my first step or eat my first chocolate button. Being Famous
HI well i have been very busy lately with starting school and nursery its a hectic life, mummy has had to get a diary to remember all my things. Last week i was in the southend echo advertising my black tie event i cant wait i am allowed to buy a new dress for it and mummy is supposed to be eating healthily although she has just eaten two chocolate biscuits, she is convinced that if no body else sees it then it doesnt count. I have another photo shoot with a lovely man from the yellow advertiser who is going to get a picture of me with daddy, this should be good as its a free newspaper so will go to everyone.
The plans are going great and people have been very kind offering there help with decorations and things for the night. We have had a lovely letter from John Travolta who sent us two signed pictures that we can auction off which was such a surprise we never thought he would answer my letter especially when ant and dec who are no where near as famous said they wouldnt do anything to help and didnt even send us a signed picture to raffle off.
Yesterday my daddy got a letter from barbara windsor from eastenders who was just lovely she sent us one of the cardigans that her character wears which we are going to auction off on the night it has a letter of authenticity with it, she did apologise about the fact she was unable to come but we are just really happy that she took the time out to respond to our letter

Hi everybody, i have been busy lately with starting school, its really tiring and i keep falling asllep as soon as i get home however i luck extremely cute in my school uniform i will post some pictures soon so you can judge for yourself.
Tickets are now on sale for my black tie event in rayleigh essex am very excited but every one else s very busy wityh getting all ready.
Thankfully dont have many appointments at the minute but i have to go to great ormond street in november to have more tests done on my eyes as they want to see if the reason i am blind is because of my brain or if there is a problem between my eyes and my brain.
The doctor told mummy that he had concerns about my hearing as well but we may never find out because the doctor said a lot of the tests are done by using vision and as i am blind they cant do it but he is going to get some advice as to whether there is anything else that can be done.
Everytime my family think they know about all my problems something else seems to come up, but my family are used to it now and dont really worry about all these titles because regardless i am just isabella and i am a very special and happy little girl and what ever the doctors say that wont change

Hi everybody
well this is my new blog and i thought i would let you know how i am getting on. i have just started school this year and i go on two days a week i am really enjoying it and love all my new friends and teachers. I go to woodlands school in chelmsford and have swimming lessons there which i love they also have a really good play ground and i go on the swings which i am very excited about as i like the swings but the big parks where we walk my dog buster dont have swings i can go in because i cant sit up.
Mummy has phoned a man to ask if i can have a harness so i can use some of the disabled swings that there are about now. I will like it if he says i can.
All my family have been very busy trying to plan a dinner dance to raise money for me that will be on saturday 21st novemeber in rayleigh and tickets are fourty five pounds each which includes a dinner a dj and a live band there will also be a auction and raffle on the night. Mummy is excited as john travolta wrote to daddy wishing us luck for the night and sent us some signed photographs to auction off . Madness also heard about what we where doing on their latest tour and have given us a signed t shirt which is all framed.
